Inception International

Inception International is based in the 1st Block of Koramangala in Bangalore. Most people who live in Bangalore know that Koramangala is a hub for all sorts of small businesses and startups, and we fit right into that mix. Our office is a simple setup where we handle various international trade and service tasks. It is often quite loud outside because of the traffic and the general buzz of the neighborhood, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team is small, and we usually have lunch together at one of the local spots nearby. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon or have long meetings that go nowhere. Usually, it’s just someone shouting a question across the room and getting a quick answer. The office walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s a functional space where we actually get things done. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital files throughout the day. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and see everyone working hard at their desks. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a calendar with deadlines marked in red. Working in 1st Block is convenient because everything is close by, even if the parking is a total nightmare most days. We are just a bunch of regular people trying to run a business and keep things moving forward in the city.
