In Dominos Pizza

This is the In Dominos Pizza spot over on 8th Main in ISRO Layout. We are right by the Pipe Line road in Kumaraswamy Layout, Bangalore-78. It gets pretty loud here on the weekends with all the delivery bikes going in and out of the lot. Most of the time, we’re just busy getting orders ready and making sure the dough is right. The kitchen stays really hot, especially in the afternoons when the sun is hitting the front window. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, and we see a lot of the same faces from the layout coming by after work or on their way home. The traffic on 8th Main can be a real headache sometimes, which makes the delivery guys a bit stressed, but we manage. We aren’t doing anything fancy, just making pizza and trying to keep the place clean. Sometimes the ovens act up or we run out of a certain topping, but that’s just how it goes in a food place. It’s a small shop, not like those huge ones you see in the big malls. We kind of like it that way because we get to know the locals. Bangalore heat can be something else, so the small AC in the back is a real lifesaver for us. If you’re around the ISRO Layout area, you’ve probably seen us near the pipeline. We just keep the lights on and keep working until the last order is out for the night.
