In Consultance As A Recruiter

I run my recruiting work from B201 Deja View Homes over in CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore. It’s basically my home office. I spent years working for bigger firms, but now I just do it from here. The flat is a nice spot to sit and make calls all day. Being a recruiter means I'm always on the phone or sending emails to candidates and companies. I don't have a team or a fancy office in a tech park. It's just me, my laptop, and a very reliable internet connection. Bangalore is the right place for this kind of work because there are so many people looking for jobs in tech. I handle everything from finding resumes to setting up the first round of interviews. Sometimes the apartment gets a bit messy with all the printed resumes and my notebooks scattered around. I try to keep a professional schedule even though I’m working from my living room. I don't use any fancy software, just the usual job boards and my own list of contacts I've built up. It’s a one-person show, really. People like that they can just call me directly without going through a secretary. CV Raman Nagar is a good area, relatively quiet compared to the rest of the city, which helps when I need to do long interviews on the phone. It’s an honest way to work and I really enjoy the flexibility it gives me every day.
