Our Imrb office in Bangalore is located at 29 Shivakash Nilaya on 10th Cross, 5th Main in Malleshpalya. It’s over by the N T Sandra Post area. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get, so we appreciate that this spot is a bit more tucked away from the main chaos of the city center. It’s a residential-looking building, so it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate glass tower. We like it that way because it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a few rooms set up with computers and tables where we sort through all the information we collect. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, mostly families living nearby, which makes it a nice place to work during the day. Sometimes the delivery guys get confused finding the 10th cross, but once you know where it is, it’s easy. We’ve been operating out of this Malleshpalya location for a good bit. We aren't doing anything fancy here; we just gather our data, write our reports, and try to make sense of what people are thinking. There’s a small tea shop just down the road where we usually go for breaks. It’s just a normal office with normal people trying to do a decent job every day without making too much of a fuss about it. We just show up and get through the stack of work on our desks.
