Ideb Projects Pvt Ltd is a small firm that handles project work. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it’s got a bit of history to it. The office is basically a ground-floor space where we’ve set up our equipment. It’s not fancy, and we don’t have a sign that lights up at night. We just go about our business day by day. Most of our work involves checking details and making sure project timelines are met. It can be stressful when deadlines approach, but we’ve got a good rhythm going now. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time on our mobile phones. We aren't interested in being a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We like knowing everyone’s name and being able to walk to the local shops for lunch. The 12th Main gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a decent place to work, and we’re happy to be part of the Srinivasanagar neighborhood. We’ve been in this building for several years and it feels like home to our small team. We keep the lights on late when there is a lot to finish and turn them off when we're finally done.
