Our office is at 132 Ratnaram, on 13th Main. We are right at the 2nd Cross in BTM 1st Stage, Banglore 68. This part of the city is always moving, with bikes and cars constantly going by. Our building is easy to spot once you get onto 13th Main. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers, working through insurance stuff. Life insurance isn't always the most exciting topic, but it keeps us busy every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through documents. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, which I think people like. It’s not one of those cold, modern places. We have our files, our coffee mugs, and the usual clutter of a working office. Some of the staff have been here a long time, so we know the area well. BTM is a great place to work because there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite nearby. We try to keep things straightforward for anyone who visits. There’s no need to make things complicated with big words. We just explain how things work and help people fill out what they need to. It’s a practical environment. We show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else. The 13th Main street can get quite crowded in the evenings, but during the day, it’s our little corner of Banglore where we get things done. We've got good light from the windows and enough chairs for everyone.
