We are situated at 54 Jayanagar Nagar Falia, specifically at Pani Ni Bhit on the 1st floor. It’s an older building in a part of town that feels very lived-in. When you walk up to the 1st floor, you’ll see our door with a bunch of notices taped to it. Inside, it’s mostly just files and folders everywhere. Insurance involves a lot of paper, and we have cabinets full of it. The desks are pushed close together, so you’re always bumping into someone when you stand up. We have a few fans on the ceiling that hum along while we talk to people about their policies. It’s not a high-pressure environment; it’s more about sitting down and going through the forms line by line. Sometimes the street noise from Jayanagar is so loud we have to close the windows. The carpet has some stains from old coffee spills, but we don't mind too much. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. It’s the kind of place where you can sit for an hour just talking about the weather before getting to the actual business. We don’t have fancy digital displays or anything like that. It’s just us, some pens, and a lot of paperwork. We try to keep things simple so that everyone understands what they are signing.
