ICMG is located in the Nandini Layout area of Bangalore. We’ve been in this part of Karnataka for a good while. It’s a well-known neighborhood, and we like being part of it. The office is pretty simple. We don’t have any of those modern, flashy interiors you see in the newer parts of the city. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. We have our desks, our tea breaks, and we get through the lists of things we need to do. Bangalore is a big city, but Nandini Layout has its own feel. It’s a bit more settled. Our team is small, and we mostly know each other well. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People who need us usually find us through the local network. We handle the ICMG business from here, whatever that might involve on a particular day. Sometimes it's a lot of data, sometimes it's coordination. We don't try to sound like a big global firm because we aren't one. We are just local people working in Bangalore. We like the fact that we can walk to get lunch nearby. The environment is honest and hardworking. We don't have any fancy signs or slogans on the wall; we just have a calendar and some notes. It’s a practical way to run a business. We stay busy and keep the office running as best we can. Most days are predictable, which helps us stay focused.
