We've been here at Babusa Paliya for a while now. It’s a busy spot and sometimes the noise from the street gets inside, but we’re used to it. Mostly, we spend our days helping people with their paperwork and explaining how the different plans work. People walk in with questions about their future or their kids, and we just sit down and go through the forms together. It’s not a fancy office with big glass walls or anything. We have some chairs, a few desks that have seen better days, and a tea kettle that’s always running. Sometimes we get busy and there's a bit of a wait, but we try to talk to everyone who comes through the door. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, checking details, and making sure the names are spelled right on the applications. The internet can be slow on rainy days, which is frustrating, but we manage. Most of the folks who come here are from the neighborhood, so we see a lot of the same faces. It’s just us here, doing the work, making sure things are filed correctly. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. If you need something looked at or just have a question about your policy, you can find us here. We’re usually around until late evening, just keeping the records straight and making sure everything is in order for the next day.
