We are located in the Soundarya Paramount building, specifically at 101 on the first floor. It’s on 5th Cross in Malleshwaram. This part of Bangalore is pretty well-known for being busy but still having that old-school feel. The office deals with life insurance, so there is always a lot of paperwork and people coming in to talk about their policies. It’s a professional enough space, but it feels like a regular local office once you’re inside. There are desks for the staff and chairs for people who come in to pay their premiums or ask about their plans. Malleshwaram can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to the cross-streets, but 5th Cross is easy enough to find. Soundarya Paramount is a busy building, so there is always someone in the hallway or the elevator. Our office at 101 isn't huge, but it has enough room for the desks and a small area where people can sit and read through their documents. We have a lot of binders filled with rules and tables, and we spend a lot of time explaining things to folks who aren't sure which plan is right for them. It’s not about being a salesperson; it’s more about just going through the options honestly. Malleshwaram has a lot of trees, and sometimes we take a walk during lunch just to get some fresh air. It’s a steady kind of job with a lot of responsibility.
