You can find our office at the Ratnam Complex on the 2nd Floor, which is located at 10 Kasturba Road. Being on Kasturba Road means we are right in the thick of things. There is always a lot of traffic and people walking by. We are the local Icici Prudential Life Insurance branch here. The office is a regular workspace with desks, chairs, and lots of folders. It isn't anything particularly fancy or modern. We spend our days going through paperwork and talking to people about their insurance needs. It’s pretty straightforward work, even if it involves a lot of reading and checking details. The building we’re in is a bit on the older side, and the elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch rush. We have a small group of people working here, and we mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the files. There’s a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have a big corporate vibe or use a lot of fancy jargon. We just try to explain things in a way that makes sense. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the lobby, but we just do our best to help everyone who comes in. It’s a busy spot to be in, but it keeps the day moving quickly. We just show up every morning and get through the work that’s waiting for us on our desks.
