You can find us on the 3rd Floor of Pride Quadra, which is at number 30 in Hebbal. Icici Prudential Life Insurance Company is one of those places where there is always a lot of typing going on. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. We spend hours checking names and dates. It’s important to get it right, so we don’t rush things too much. The team here has been together for a while, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We get all sorts of people walking in, from young couples to older folks. We just sit them down and go through the details. It’s not about making big speeches. It’s just about explaining how things work and filling out the forms correctly. The air conditioning is always a bit too cold, but we manage. It’s just a regular day at the office for us.
