Our office is right in the middle of the action on Residency Road. We are in ACR Towers, specifically in units 101 and 102. If you know that part of town, you know it’s always packed with cars and people rushing around. It’s a big building, so we are just one part of the crowd there. We spend our days talking to people about life insurance and helping them fill out all those long forms. There is always a lot of paper moving across the desks here. It can get a bit loud with all the phones ringing, but we just keep at it. We have a lot of different people coming through the doors every day, some looking for new policies and others just wanting to update their details. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long in the lobby. It’s a professional enough space, but it’s also just a place where we work eight hours a day. We don’t have anything fancy to offer besides the insurance stuff we do. Most of us have been working in this office for a few years now, so we know the regulars who come by to pay their premiums. The view from the windows is just more buildings and traffic, but that’s Residency Road for you. We just try to get the paperwork right so there aren't any problems later on.
