We are located at 185 5th Cross in Bangalore. This part of the city is always moving. Our little corner is relatively steady though. The office is where we handle all the life insurance stuff for the local residents. It’s a standard setup with some computers, plenty of paper, and a few chairs for visitors. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a group of people working for Icici Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd. We try to keep up with the demands of the day. Bangalore can be quite hectic, so we appreciate the routine of the office. We spend hours looking over policy details and helping people understand what they are signing up for. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, to be honest. We get a mix of young professionals and older folks coming in. Everyone has a different story, and we listen to them while we fill out the forms. There is no polish here, just honest work. We deal with the rain when it comes and the traffic that never seems to end. Our space is functional and a bit lived-in. We don’t use big words or try to sell things people don't need. We just provide the insurance services as they are. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on getting the details right every single time. Sometimes we get behind, but we eventually catch up with the stacks of files on the desk and finish the day.
