We are tucked away at No 124 on the 3rd floor. That’s on 1st Main, 5th Cross in R T Nagar, Bangalore. The name on the door is Icici Produntial Prev Pcs India Limited Ircon International, which is quite a mouthful to say. It’s a typical Bangalore office building. The stairs can be a bit of a climb since we're on the third floor, but we're used to it by now. R T Nagar is a good neighborhood, plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s functional. We have desks, some old chairs, and a lot of paper. We handle the admin side of things. Some of us have been here since the beginning, while others are newer. We don't have big speeches or corporate missions. We just want to finish our tasks so we can go home to our families. The traffic in Bangalore is always a topic of conversation here in the mornings. We usually start the day with some coffee and a quick chat about the commute. Then it's just heads down until evening. It’s a solid place to work with people who aren't trying to impress anyone. We just do what's required and keep the office running as best as we can. It’s just us, doing our thing day in and day out. We don't need any flash or fancy titles.
