Icici First Source

Our place is located at 79 on 5th Cross in the Bendre area of Bangalore. We’ve been here at Icici First Source for a while now. It’s a busy little office where we handle all sorts of backend tasks. The street outside can get pretty cramped with bikes and cars, but that’s just Bangalore for you. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of people typing and the hum of the fans. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just process data and handle the information that comes through our system. It’s a lot of sitting and staring at monitors for hours. We have a small break area where we eat our lunch, but mostly we’re at our desks. We aren't some high-tech startup with beanbags and free snacks. It’s a traditional workspace where people come to do their jobs. Sometimes we have to deal with technical glitches, which can be frustrating, but we manage to get through it. The building is an older one, but it serves its purpose. We don't really have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the number 79. It’s just a group of regular people working hard to make sure everything stays on track. We don’t use any corporate lingo or try to sound like we’re something we’re not. We just do the work that’s assigned to us and head home at the end of the day in Bendre.
