Ice Thunder Catering

We’ve been running Ice Thunder Catering from our spot near Basavanagudi Gandhi Bazar Circle for a while now. It’s a busy corner of the city, and our kitchen is usually humming with activity from early morning until late. We started out just helping a few neighbors with small gatherings and it sort of grew from there without us really planning it that way. Mostly, we just focus on getting the food right and making sure it gets delivered to wherever people are hosting their parties or functions. Number 37 is where we do all the prep work, chopping vegetables and sorting out the spices every single day. It isn't a fancy setup, but it works for us and the space is always filled with the smell of whatever is cooking on the big burners. We know most of the people around Gandhi Bazar by now because we’ve been here so long. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have multiple orders going out at once, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The main thing is just the food and getting it to the table on time. If you walk past the circle, you’ll probably see our vans being loaded up. It’s just how we spend our days, making sure everything is ready for the next event on the calendar and we keep things simple for everyone.
