This one is unique because it’s at MIT Manipal. We are located in Room 301 of the 4th Block, which is the Ladies Hostel. It’s right in the middle of everything on campus. If you’ve been to Manipal, you know it’s a bit of a hill station vibe but very busy with students everywhere. Being in a hostel block means there is always something going on. It’s not your typical quiet office. There’s a lot of walking involved to get anywhere. We share the space basically. It gets noisy during the evenings when everyone is back from classes. The room itself is just enough for what we need. 301 is on the third floor, so you have to take the stairs quite a bit. It keeps you fit, I guess. We deal with the humidity here, which can be a lot during the monsoon. The rain in Manipal is no joke. Sometimes it feels like the whole place is underwater. But we just keep working through it. It’s a small space, nothing like those big corporate buildings you see in Bangalore. Just some tables and our things. We don't have a lot of visitors here, mostly just students and staff passing by in the halls. It’s a bit cramped but it works for what we are doing at the moment. We just focus on the task and try to stay organized. It is just a practical spot inside the college area.
