We don't really have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the building number in the layout. The office is a straightforward setup. It is basically a few rooms where we keep our files and sit at our computers. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because the layout is still growing and there is often some construction happening nearby. We are used to the sound of hammers and drills by now. Inside, things are pretty casual. We wear comfortable clothes and try to stay cool when the Bangalore weather gets a bit warm. There is a lot of paperwork that seems to never end, so our desks are usually covered in it. We don't have any fancy coffee machines, just a kettle in the corner for making tea. It is a functional place where we focus on the task at hand without any extra fluff. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which is nice.
