Our office is located in Flat 6 on the ground floor of Srivari Heritage Apartments. It’s right on the 1st Main in Vinayak Nagar B Block, over in Murugeshpalya. Being in a residential apartment building means the vibe at Ibm is very different from a typical office. We share the hallways with families and neighbors going about their daily lives. The office itself is basically a flat that we’ve filled with desks and computers. The kitchen is our breakroom, and it’s always smelling like coffee or whatever someone brought for lunch. Bangalore 17 is a hectic area, but once you step inside our gate, it gets a little quieter. We don't have any flashy signs or corporate branding on the walls. It’s just a plain, functional workspace where we get our heads down and work. The floor tiles are a bit worn out in the spots where we roll our office chairs. We have a couple of potted plants on the balcony that are struggling a bit, but we try to remember to water them. It’s a very simple setup without any unnecessary extras. We don’t have a big management structure or formal meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be done. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment for a small team. We just show up every morning, do what needs doing, and deal with the usual city noise and the occasional power cut.
