Living and working around Bannerghatta Road means getting used to the noise and the constant movement. This Ibm India office is right in the middle of all that action. It's a long stretch of road, and we've been here long enough that the traffic doesn't even bother us anymore. We spend our days handling technical work and keeping things running in the background. It’s a basic office setup. We have a few desks, some shared computers, and a small area for breaks. It’s not very large, so we all know each other pretty well. You’ll usually find someone complaining about the commute or talking about where to get the best dosa nearby. We don't have any big corporate banners or anything like that. It's just a place where work happens. Most of the time, we’re too busy with emails and calls to worry about much else. The building itself is pretty plain. We like it that way because it's quiet enough to actually get things done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but usually, we try to wrap up by six. It's a standard routine for a group of people working in a city like Bangalore. We’ve become a part of the landscape here, just another office among many on this busy road.
