You can find us in Kodihalli at the Om Sai Sapphire building. We are up on the third floor in Flat 301. Being in Bangalore, we are right in the middle of everything, but this specific street, 5th Cross, is actually a bit more relaxed than the main roads. We do our work for Ibm India Pvt Ltd here. It’s essentially a flat that’s been converted into an office space. It makes the workday feel a bit more like home, which isn't a bad thing at all. We have our little kitchen area for breaks and plenty of power strips for all the laptops. The work is mostly technical stuff, like checking code or managing systems. We don't really have a reception desk or a sign on the door. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up to open the door. It’s very informal. We focus on getting through the workload. Sometimes the traffic in Bangalore makes it hard for people to get here on time, so we are flexible with the hours. We just want the work finished. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well. We talk about our weekends and share snacks while we work. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day. No corporate fluff or big speeches, just regular folks doing their bit. We keep it simple and keep the machines running.
