This office is tucked away in the Chikmagalur district. Specifically, we're at Bangarakodige House in the Kalasa area. It's a beautiful part of Karnataka, very green. Working from here is different than being in a big city hub. We mostly stay focused on the day-to-day operations for Ibm India Pvt Ltd. It's a local setup, so things are pretty low-key. We don't have a huge staff here, just a few of us making sure everything runs smooth. The air is fresh which helps when the work gets a bit heavy. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the location, but we find ways around it. Most of our day is spent on the computers or talking to people over the phone. We don't really have big signs outside or anything. It's just a house where we've set up shop. It feels more personal this way. We know the neighbors and they know us. When people ask what we do, we just tell them we handle the technical stuff. It’s a steady rhythm here. We start early and try to finish before it gets too dark. It’s a simple life but the work is important. We take it one day at a time, making sure the files are in order and the messages get sent to where they need to go. Sometimes it gets lonely out here, but the peace and quiet is worth it for getting the real work finished.
