Our place is located at No 04, 2nd Main, right on the 1st Cross in Munnakalppa Garden. It’s just off Kamanhalli Main Road. This part of Bangalore has changed a lot, but our office stays pretty much the same. It’s a simple setup. We at Ibm India Pvt Ltd focus on the work rather than how the office looks. We have some long-serving staff who know every corner of this building. It’s not a massive skyscraper, just a regular building where we handle our tasks. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just come in, log on, and get to it. The 1st Cross can get a bit crowded with parked scooters, but we make it work. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a rhythm. We don’t really do big corporate events here. Usually, it’s just a small birthday cake in the break room or a quick lunch together at the place around the corner. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a lot of rules about how to talk or act, as long as the work is done right and on time. It feels more like a small community than a giant corporation's branch office. People stop by to chat for a minute before heading back to their screens. It’s just a normal way to spend the day.
