Ibm India Pvt Ltd operates out of 303 Surya Residency. We are on the Subramanyapura Main Road in the Uttarahalli area of Bangalore. Being in a residency building means we have neighbors who actually live here. It is a bit of a different feel than a commercial complex. We try to be quiet so we do not bother the families living next door. The office is basically a converted flat. It has a kitchen area and a couple of rooms that we have turned into work zones. It is not the most modern space, but it has got everything we need. The view from the 303 balcony is mostly other buildings and some trees. Uttarahalli is a bit further out from the city center, so it is a little less chaotic than places like Koramangala. We appreciate the slower pace. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes because the visitor spots are always full. Most of us just walk or take an auto to get here. We do not have a big sign on the main gate, so you have to check the directory inside. It is an honest, hardworking environment. No one is trying to impress anyone else. We just sit at our computers and do what needs doing for the day. It has been our home for a while now and we are quite settled into the routine of this neighborhood.
