We are located in Flat No 103 of the Scion Gokul Apartment. It is on the 6th Main of Kaggadasapura Main Road in CV Raman Nagar. This part of Bangalore is always moving. The street outside is full of shops and people going about their day. Our office for Ibm India Pvt Ltd is inside the apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have got the 103 unit on the ground floor, which is handy because we do not have to wait for the lift. It is a bit dark inside during the monsoon season, so we keep the lights on all day. We do not have any fancy signs out front. If you weren't looking for us, you would probably walk right past the gate. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks shoved together. We do our best to stay organized, but there are always a few piles of papers around. The Kaggadasapura area is convenient because there are plenty of food options nearby for lunch. We usually just grab something quick and bring it back to the office. It is not a corporate environment where everyone wears suits. We just wear whatever is comfortable and get on with the day’s work. It is a simple life here. We handle the business, talk to our colleagues, and head home when the sun goes down. It suits the way we like to work.
