Our small team at Ibm India Pvt Ltd is located over in Nandini Layout at Mf 12 8 in the L Block area. If you know Bangalore, you know this part of town has its own pace. We have been here for some time now, just going about our daily routines. The office isn't anything too special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and do the work we need to do. We usually start early in the morning before the streets get too crowded with people heading to the markets nearby. Being in L Block means we are tucked away from the main noise, which helps when we need to concentrate on technical things. There’s a small park not too far from us where some of the staff go for a walk during lunch. We don't have a big front desk or a lobby full of trophies. It’s mostly just computers, some old desks, and a lot of coffee cups. We’ve had to fix the plumbing a couple of times this year, but that's just how these older buildings are. We prefer it this way because it feels more like a real workplace than a corporate showroom. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a quiet life in this part of Bangalore 560096, and we are fine with that.
