Our place is at 4082 Sobha Carnation, right off the Outer Ring Road in Belandur. If you know Bangalore, you know how that road gets with the traffic. It’s a constant stream of cars and bikes out there. Being in the Sobha Carnation complex makes it a bit easier to find than some other spots. We have been based here in Karnataka 560037 for a while. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we sit and handle our daily tasks. It’s a bit of a trek for some of the staff depending on where they live, but the location is central to a lot of things. We have the usual desks and a small area for tea breaks. It feels more like a home office in some ways because of the building layout. We don’t really do much in the way of decoration or big signs. People usually just know where we are. The air conditioning sometimes acts up when it gets really hot, but we manage. There are plenty of shops nearby if we need anything. Most days are just filled with the sound of typing and some quiet chatter. We aren’t really trying to impress anyone with the office look. It is just about having a spot to do the work. The security at the gate is pretty strict, so you usually have to sign in before coming up. It keeps things quiet for us and helps everyone stay focused on the work at hand without interruptions.
