Ibm India Pvt Ltd is over at House No 36 on the 7th Cross. We’re in Laxmi Layout, specifically the Munekullala Marathali area of Bangalore 37. If you know the area, it’s pretty packed with buildings and houses. Our place is just one of them. We’ve been here for a bit now, just doing our thing. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything like that. It’s a more low-key setup. We have our office space where the team sits and works through the day. Marathali is always moving, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The walls are plain, and we have what we need to get the job done. It feels more like a local workplace than a big company office. We know the neighbors a little bit. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to find parking on the cross roads, but we make it work. We aren't about big promises or flashy stuff. We just stay here in Laxmi Layout and keep things moving. It’s a simple life for us here. The staff mostly takes the bus or rides their bikes to get in. We like being in this part of town even if it gets a bit crowded. It’s just where we are and what we do every single day without any fuss. It isn't much, but it's our daily life and we like it that way.
