This Ibm India Pvt Ltd office is located in the Reliable Acacia Apartments over in Iblur, right off the Sarjapur Outer Ring Road. If you know Bangalore, you know how crazy the traffic is on this road. Getting to work is usually an adventure in itself. The office is on the third floor, and it’s a bit of an unconventional spot for a tech office, but it works for us. We have a lot of hardware and testing equipment scattered around the room. It’s definitely not a corporate showroom; it’s a place where things actually get built and tested. The view from the window is mostly just more construction and cars, but we don't have much time to look out anyway. We usually have a lot of boxes lying around from recent shipments. The team is pretty tight-knit since the space isn't huge. We share a lot of the responsibilities, whether it's fixing a server or just making sure there’s enough water in the dispenser. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but we’re used to it. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work is getting done. It’s a busy, somewhat messy, but very productive place to be every day of the week.
