Indiranagar is one of those places that never really sleeps, and our office at 80 Doopanhalli is right in the thick of it. We are located near some of the busiest streets in Bangalore 08, but our specific lane is a bit more tucked away. Ibm India Pvt Ltd has its space here in a building that looks quite modest from the outside. Once you get inside, it’s just a regular workspace with the usual desks and rolling chairs. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon slump. The light isn't great in the back of the office, so we have to keep the overhead lights on most of the day. Sometimes the delivery bikes for the nearby restaurants make a lot of noise in the alleyway, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We don't have a big fancy lobby or any glossy brochures sitting out on a table. If someone comes by, they usually just walk right into the main work area. It’s a very hands-on environment where everyone just grabs what they need and gets to work. Lunchtime usually involves a lot of discussion about where to order from, as there are too many options around here. It’s a functional, busy little spot. We don't really have a lot of frills or decorations, just what we need to get the daily grind done.
