We are over at the Altius Block in FTP, White Field. Bangalore is famous for these tech hubs, but our corner of the building feels a lot more down-to-earth than the glossy brochures might suggest. It’s a busy place with people constantly coming and going. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us talk easily, which is good because things change fast around here. We don't go in for fancy titles or stiff manners. Most of the time, we’re just dressed in casual clothes, trying to figure out a technical glitch or finishing up a report. The office has that lived-in look where you can tell people actually spend time. There’s no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work and the occasional box of sweets when someone has a birthday. We deal with the usual White Field traffic and the long commutes, so when we’re actually at the office, we try to make the most of the time. It’s not about having the best view or the newest gadgets. It’s about having a place where we can sit down and get the job done without a lot of fuss. We've been operating out of this block for a while now, and it’s become a familiar routine for all of us. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things as straightforward as possible.
