Ibm Global Services has this location at 662 Vivekananda Street, right on the 2nd Cross in Udayanagar. If you know Bangalore, we are situated behind the Tin Factory area in Pai Layout. It’s a bit of a maze back here sometimes, but once you find Vivekananda Street, it’s not too bad. This part of Dooravani Nagar is always buzzing with activity. Our building is a simple place where we handle various service tasks. It’s not like those giant tech parks on the outskirts of the city. This is more of a street-level operation. We have folks coming in to deal with technical stuff and global service needs all the time. The 2nd Cross can get narrow when people park their bikes poorly, which happens a lot. Inside, it’s just rows of computers and people with headsets or leaning over their keyboards. We drink a lot of tea from the local stall nearby. It’s a very Bangalore vibe with the mix of houses and small offices all together. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or bright lights. Most of the desks are a bit old, but they hold the monitors just fine. We just try to keep the systems running and help out whoever needs it. It’s a lot of technical talk and solving problems that come up unexpectedly. Being near the Tin Factory means the traffic is always a topic of conversation around the water cooler.
