Our place is located in SR Layout on 9th Cross in Bangalore, Karnataka. If you know the area, it’s one of those typical layouts with lots of houses and small offices mixed together. Ibm Daksh Pvt Ltd is tucked away here, far from the big tech hubs like Whitefield or Electronic City. It’s actually quite nice because it’s a bit quieter. The office itself is just a simple floor in a building. We have the usual stuff—computers, rolling chairs, and a lot of wires running along the walls. It’s not the kind of place with a gym or a cafeteria. We usually go out to the local mess for lunch or bring a dabba from home. The work is steady, and we spend a lot of time on our systems. There’s a certain routine to the day, starting with a cup of tea and a quick chat before everyone dives into their tasks. The street outside is usually lined with parked bikes. We aren't doing anything flashy here; it’s just a group of people working together to get the job done. Sometimes the power goes out, and we wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just the reality of working in a local neighborhood in India. We like it this way because it’s simple and everyone is quite down-to-earth. Keeping the pressure low helps us focus on our actual work without needing anything extra fancy. This is just our daily routine.
