It’s a large residential complex in Munnekolal, which makes it a bit different from a standard glass-fronted office building. We like it this way because it’s a bit more personal and less stiff. We deal with consultancy work, which means a lot of talking and a lot of analyzing things. We aren't a big agency with a marketing budget. Most of our clients come to us because they know someone who worked with us before. It's a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There isn't a lot of hierarchy or formal meetings. We just sit down and figure out what needs to get done for the day. It’s a convenient location for us. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We're just a group of consultants doing our jobs and trying to keep our clients happy with honest work. It's a simple operation in a busy part of Bangalore, and we like the rhythm of it.
