A Fast Growing Consultancy In Bangalore

Our office is based in BTM 2nd Stage in Bangalore. We go by A Fast Growing Consultancy, though mostly we just think of ourselves as a small team trying to get things done in a busy city. BTM is a crowded area, so there is always something happening outside our door. We deal with various consultancy projects, mostly helping people find work or helping companies find staff. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails all day long. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with enough room for our computers and a small area to have tea. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s more like a group of friends who happen to work together. Some days are faster than others, hence the name, I guess. We chose this location because it’s central for a lot of people living in Bangalore. It can be hard to find parking around here, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time talking to candidates and trying to figure out where they fit best. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We just keep at it and try to stay organized. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a really big meeting. We prefer just being ourselves and getting through the to-do list every day without any extra fuss.
