Ajith Rao Consultant is located at B-2 Cunningham Road, right near the flower market. If you know Shivaji Road, we are pretty close to the RBI Quarters and just opposite the Golflink Apartments. The area is always crowded because of the market, so there is usually a smell of fresh flowers in the air during the early hours. Our office is a simple setup where we handle various consulting tasks for people who live and work around here. It is not a corporate building with glass walls, just a regular space where we sit down and get through the day's work. Usually, the morning starts with answering emails and looking over documents for our regulars. We have been in this spot for some time, and most of the neighbors know us by now. It can be hard to find parking on Cunningham Road sometimes, but people manage. Inside, it is mostly quiet compared to the noise of the flower market outside. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know what they are doing. We keep things straightforward without any complicated talk. When someone comes in, we just sit at the main table and figure out what needs to be done. It is a very local way of doing business, and we prefer it that way. The Golflink Apartments across the street are a good landmark if you are coming for the first time and get lost among the market stalls.
