You can find I O Tech Systems & Solutions at Plot No. 153 in the 5th Block of Koramangala. We are located quite close to Raheja Arcade, which is a busy spot. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, but inside it’s full of cables and hardware. We deal with various tech systems, mostly helping people set up their networks or fixing server issues. Koramangala is full of startups and tech people, so there is always someone needing a hand with their setup. We don’t have a big receptionist or a waiting lounge. Usually, when you walk in, you’ll see one of us hunched over a keyboard or testing a piece of equipment. We handle things like software installs and making sure the office Wi-Fi doesn't drop out. It’s technical work but we try to explain it in a way that makes sense to everyone. We've been in this spot for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s gotten much more crowded over the years. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting problems that customers call in about. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times we are there for hours. We just take it as it comes. It’s a practical business, focusing on getting the technology to actually work like it’s supposed to. We just do our best to keep things running for everyone.
