Our office is up on the 6th floor of the Centenery Building right on Mahathma Gandhi Road. It's a busy part of town and getting here can be a bit of a trek with all the traffic on MG Road. We’ve been in this spot for some time now handling life insurance paperwork and talking to people about their plans. The building is pretty old but it works for what we do. Inside it's mostly desks and piles of files because there is always a lot to keep track of. We spend most of the day on the phone or meeting folks who come up to ask questions about their policies. It's not a very exciting job but it is important for the families who come to see us. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow so you have to be patient. We have a small team here and everyone just sticks to their tasks. We deal with a lot of numbers and dates every single day. It can get a bit quiet in the office when everyone is typing away or reading through documents. People usually come in when they are thinking about the future or need to update something on their account. We just try to get the forms processed correctly. It’s a standard office setup really. Nothing too special about the decor, just a place to get work done in the heart of the city. We usually head out around six.
