I Mart

Our shop, I Mart, is located at 1346 in B Block of Sahakara Nagar. It’s a nice enough neighborhood and we enjoy being here. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, serving the people who live nearby in the surrounding blocks. It’s a local store, through and through. We carry the basic things people need every day. The aisles are a bit narrow because we try to fit as much stock as possible into the space. Sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze when two people are trying to pass each other with their baskets. We don't have a big corporate team or some head office behind us. It’s just us and a few helpers from the area. We spend our time stocking the shelves and talking to the customers who come in. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. Sahakara Nagar is a good community to be a part of. We’ve seen kids grow up over the years while they were coming to our store for snacks or milk. It’s not a high-end supermarket. We just keep things practical and useful. Sometimes we run out of certain items, or the delivery truck is late. We just tell people to check back with us tomorrow. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or flashy signs. We just put the prices on the items and that's it. It’s a simple way to run a business. We like the interaction.
