Our office is based in the A C R Towers on Residency Road, specifically in units 101 and 102 on the first floor. This area, right near Chowpatty in the Girgaon neighborhood, is always full of people and cars. It’s a large, busy building and we’ve been here for several years now. Since we deal with life insurance, our day-to-day work involves a lot of meetings with people and going through various documents. The office is a fairly standard setup with rows of desks, computer monitors, and filing cabinets that are usually quite full. People come in throughout the day to talk about their insurance policies or to ask questions about how to file a claim. We try our best to keep everything in order, but there are days when the paperwork starts to pile up on the desks. It isn't a fancy or decorative place; it’s just where we come to do our jobs and help the people who visit us. Looking out from our first-floor windows, you can see the constant flow of traffic on Residency Road. Most of the staff here have been around for a long time, so we’ve grown used to the rhythm of the work. We spend a lot of our time going over the details of different plans and making sure all the forms are filled out properly. It’s a regular office life in a very active part of the city.
