Our place is in Bangalore, specifically in Prakash Nagar. We are located at 117 A, on the 2nd Main and 3rd Cross. It’s one of those typical Bangalore neighborhoods with a lot of turns. We deal with flexibles, which means a lot of hoses and connectors. The office is part of the building owned by S.K. Nanjundrao. It’s a small operation here. We have some storage space and a small area for the paperwork. Most of our time is spent managing orders and making sure the right parts go out to the right people. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s more of a place where things get done. We handle the logistical side of things, checking stock and answering the phone. The street outside can get a bit crowded with bikes and people, but that’s just how Prakash Nagar is. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just sell the flexible links and parts that industries need. A few of us work here together, and we know our customers by name mostly. It’s a local way of doing things. We just try to be reliable and get the parts delivered when they are needed. It’s a regular job in a busy part of the city. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just stock the parts and send them out. It’s been our routine for years and we are comfortable with it.
