Hutch

Our little shop is right in the middle of Shivajinagar in Bangalore. If you know this area, you know how crowded it gets with the buses and the shoppers everywhere. We’ve been at this Bangalore 51 location for a good while now. It’s a small place, just enough room for us and the equipment we need to help customers with their mobile stuff. Most days it’s a constant stream of people coming in with phone problems or wanting to change their plans. We don't have a lot of space for people to lounge around, so it’s usually quick in and out. The noise from the street is always there, but you get used to it after the first week. We aren't part of some massive corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular storefront where we try to give people the right answers. Sometimes the systems are slow and we have to ask people to wait a bit, which is never fun. We see all kinds of people here, from students to elderly folks who just want their phones to work properly. We don’t use any big words or confusing talk. We just explain what needs to be done and do it. It’s a busy life here in Shivajinagar, but it keeps us on our toes. We just try to stay organized amidst all the chaos outside. It's nothing special, but we're here every day.
