Hungry Hogs

We are located at 70/1 Versova in Koramangala VI Block. Hungry Hogs is a small spot, and we honestly spend most of our time trying to organize the kitchen so we don't trip over each other. The name sounded funny when we picked it, and it just stuck. We don't have any fancy decorations or soft lighting. It’s mostly stainless steel and the smell of whatever is on the grill. The neighborhood has a lot of young people who are always in a hurry. Sometimes the power goes out in this block and we have to use candles until the generator kicks in, which makes everything feel a bit like a cave. We have a few stools outside for when the weather is nice, but when it rains, everyone squeezes inside. We get our bread delivered every morning from a bakery a few streets over. If the delivery guy is late, we can't start our orders, which is always frustrating. We don't have a big marketing plan or a fancy website. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’re just walking through Versova. It’s a simple operation with a couple of grills and a fridge that hums too loudly. We just show up, cook the food, and clean everything up at night. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here day in and day out.
