Hunan is located at Iraniwadi Number 2, house 123, right in Koramangala. We do a lot of cooking with woks here. The heat in the kitchen is pretty intense during the dinner rush. We have a few people working the tables and a couple of us in the back. Koramangala is a very busy part of town, so there are always people moving around outside. We don't have a fancy entrance, just a door and a small sign. Most of our day is spent prepping ingredients. We chop a lot of garlic and ginger. The floor gets a bit messy when we're busy, but we clean it up as soon as there's a break. We use big burners that make a lot of noise. It’s a small place, so you can usually hear what’s happening in the kitchen from the tables. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us running the place. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting outside and it gets a bit crowded near the counter. We just try to get the food out hot. We've been at this address for a bit now. People seem to find us okay. We don't do much in the way of fancy plating. It’s just the food we make every day. The curtains are a bit old but they do the job. We have some plants by the window that I water every other day.
