Human Touch

You can find us over at 631 I Main in the III Stage area of Banashankari. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, with all those crosses and phases, but that’s just how it is in this part of Bangalore. We’ve been at this location for some time now. Human Touch is basically a small team of us trying to help out with whatever comes across the desk. We don't have a big corporate sign or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting there working through the mail or on the phone. The neighborhood is busy, so there’s always noise from the street, but we don't mind it. It feels like we’re part of the city. We handle a lot of different requests. It might be someone looking for a bit of guidance or a small business needing a hand with their staff. We don’t have a set script for how we talk to people. We just listen and see if we can be useful. Sometimes we can, and sometimes we can't, but we’re always straight about it. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and old coffee mugs, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way to work. We just take things day by day and try to stay on top of the pile without making things more complicated than they need to be.
