Hucap Recruitment Consultancy

We are tucked away in Kumara Park West, specifically on the 1st Cross in the 3rd Block. It’s a fairly quiet part of the neighborhood, which is nice when we are trying to focus on looking through resumes and talking to people. Hucap Recruitment Consultancy is run out of this small office space here. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets that seem to be getting fuller every week. The building is easy to spot if you are looking for number 1/1. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or sitting at the computers. It’s not a big corporate setup with a receptionist out front; it is just us doing the work. Usually, we have people coming in for meetings or to drop off their details. The 1st Cross is a good spot because it isn't as loud as the main roads. We like the trees around this area. Inside the office, it is just a bunch of people trying to match folks with jobs. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. There is always a list of things to do on the whiteboard. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up paperwork, but that’s just part of the job. It feels like a local hub where people come when they are looking for a change in their career.
