Hsbc

Hsbc is located in the Bangalore 70 area. It is a part of the city that has seen a lot of change over the years, but our little setup has stayed pretty much the same. We don’t have a big fancy office in one of those tech parks. Instead, we’re in a regular building that fits what we need. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to us. The space is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—desks, a few chairs that squeak, and a lot of cords running along the floor. We try to keep them tucked away so nobody trips. Bangalore weather is usually nice, so we leave the windows open to catch a breeze. Sometimes you can hear the traffic or the stray dogs outside, but we’re used to it. It’s just us here, doing what we do. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just talk to people like we’re talking to neighbors. The work gets done, maybe not always in the fastest way, but it gets done properly. We value that more than looking polished. We’ve got a small kettle in the corner for making coffee when the afternoons get long. It’s not a glamorous life, but it suits us. We like the rhythm of this neighborhood and the way the light hits the street in the evening.
