Hsbc

We’re set up at 16 Vinayaga Layout, right near Btm 1 Cross in the Old Madivala area of Bangalore. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of energy. This Hsbc branch is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a simple office, nothing too flashy, just a place to get work done. We handle the usual banking requests, from opening accounts to sorting out issues with cards. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for years and some younger folks just starting out. We don’t have a big corporate philosophy we talk about all the time. Instead, we just focus on the person standing in front of us. If someone has a question, we look for the answer. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes share snacks during the afternoon break. The layout of the office is a bit tight, but we make it work. We’ve gotten to know many of the residents and shopkeepers in Btm 1St Stage over time. It’s nice to have that connection with the neighborhood. We don’t promise anything impossible, we just do the paperwork and follow the rules. It’s an honest day’s work in a part of the city we really like. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed even when there is a lot of work piled up on the desks. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, but that is just part of the job.
