Hsbc

Our spot is J 103 over at Shri Ram Samrudhi Apartments in Kundalahalli. Working in Bangalore means we spend a fair bit of time talking about the traffic on the way in. This Hsbc office isn't some glass tower; it's right here in the apartment complex area, which makes it feel a lot more personal. We have a small team here, and we all know each other's coffee orders by now. We spend our days going through account details, helping people with their transfers, and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important work for the people who live around here. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with corporate jargon. We’re just regular people who happen to know a lot about how the bank operates. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the documents on the desks, but we know where everything is. We like the fact that we can just step outside and be in the middle of the neighborhood. It’s a bit different from a typical office setting, but it works for us. We just try to be straightforward and get the tasks done without any fuss. It’s a steady rhythm, and we’ve become a part of the daily life in this corner of the city. We keep the doors open and the computers running, and that is about the extent of it.
